Hey look! The photographer is here #6

“See, even my little one knows not to have eye contact with a stranger.”

Shyness is a much valued virtue in an Indian girl.

The last part of the story from day before and yesterday. How did you like the story?

All the images were taken in a span of 2 minutes while sitting on the front porch of one of the houses in that alleyway.

    Interesting set, Georgie.
I personally would prefer to see this as a set, in one post… but it’s your blog :D… so, your preference works best :D…

I wanted to post them in one post but on second thoughts, decided to engage the viewer in 3 different days this time, than playing all the cards in one go!

actually, why not post them together. Not everyone gets to see the pic daily. I hope i havent missed any.

i wanted to post them together, but had second thoughts 🙂 Thats why i inlcuded the links in the last post… the story is in 3 patrs- viz, “hey look! the photographer is here #3,#4 and #5”. Hope you caught all of them..

Good series. This one caught me by surprise as I was expecting the mother of the other two girls (Especially thinking she was nearby.) … But this one makes a stronger point.

  5. A.Barlow · November 22, 2011

Hmm, that’s interesting. I wonder why shyness would be a virtue. Kinda like daintiness? Nice shot BTW.

Thanks Barlow! From very old times, Indian women are taught to be modest, shy and stay-at-home…. Ancient (Hindu) traditions those..
